Hi Don! I am one of the R.N.s at the SLSC who had the pleasure of your company at our facility yesterday. How you brightened our day! Just wanted to be among the first to wish you a very HAPPY NEW YEAR!! If you are ever in my neck of the woods ( er, um, the bay ) please stop by the Spinnaker Yacht Club in San Leandro - where I am the secretary - or check out our website. We have many fun activities planned for 2012.
Hope you are feeling fine today and on the mend! Best wishes always, Carolyn :)

It was great seeing you and all your pictures. You definitely brightened our day. I loved the sunsets but I especially loved the pictures of food. Get well soon.

Happy happy New Year!
I rediscovered your wonderful cookbook entitled "Simply Grand" and indeed it is! Of course, I particularly loved reading the reference and acknowledgement to my father,
Bud with your Cookie Monster recipe.
With great love and affection, Patty

Hi Don, my dear ole Litchfield high school friend. Wow what a lifestyle -- far different from my country style living in the Arizona desert for sure. What do I have to do to qualify as a crew member on the POCO MAS? I understand our mutual HS friend Larry Watt has been awarded & is now an honorary lifetime POCO MAS 'CAPTAIN'-----kinda makes me a little envious, oh well, Larry is really a pretty good guy! Anyway I'm proud to have known you & really enjoyed perusing the story of the 'POCO MAS'! SAIL ON MY FRIEND---

I very recently sold my Columbia 36. I was wondering if anyone has a fairly recent list of the 12 57's built ???

Hi Don,
What a pleasure it is for me to dock my boat just a few slips away from Poco Mas. I get to enjoy her striking profile, classic lines and salty captain every time I visit the marina.
Say "Hi" to Tre for me.

Great website. We are the proud owners of a restored 1965 Columbia 38 "ShantiAna" aka Paramour also homeported in San Francisco Bay. Will be looking for you on the bay.
